PC Side View: The Fans on the right are 160mm Intake fans. The one on the bottom is a 140mm Intake fan. The one on the left is a 120mm Exaust fan. (All Lian Li fans)

PC Top View: The Top three fans are really cheap old 120mm PC case fans all of them have really poor air pull compared to the other ones in the case.

Are you willing to experiment?

There is no substitute for it.

7 fans now; you may find that 3, 4, or 5 are as good as 7.

Some people like to use fans purely for their RGB effect, not cooling.

We don't know your current temps.

Turning up RPM would typically help, but maybe you are noise-averse.

As a starting point, I might disconnect all 3 of the top fans and see how much that hurt......maybe not at all?

My temps are on the lower end. 30C at idle and 50-65C when playing. The top ones are very cheap. so im wondering in this instance. If less is more. i dont think i need them honestly.

65 is fine when playing.

Find out if less is more by disconnecting the top fans.

The bottom fan may or may not help. Might keep because it hits your graphics card.

Your temps are fine.
You really need do nothing.

Experimentation is a good idea.

You are probably correct in that the top fans are not needed.
They tend to pull fresh front intake air up and out of the case before doing any good.

A top down cooler like the stock cooler is not very effective.
A simple tower type cooler will send heated air directly to the back of the case and out.

For better graphics card cooling, look into a slot fan solution.
or, perhaps
They direct airflow across the gpu cooling fan intakes.
