Helping a friend build a computer, and we've selected the following components:

PSU: Rosewill Quark-850W
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 390
CPU: i5-4460
RAM: G.Skill RIpjaws DDR3 (2x8GB)
Mobo: ASUS Z97-E

The chassis is a Rosewill mid-tower, and the HDD is WD 1TB blue.

I just want to make sure we aren't running into any compatibility issues, bottlenecking, unreliable components, etc.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Solution
Their no reason to spend the money on a Z motherboard with that processor that can't be overclocked.
Your also using older hardware for some reason.
For the same price or a bit lower you would be better off with this and get better performance from the processor and the video cards are about a tie depending on the game and uses a lot less power.
I would add this CPU cooler.
