Looking for fix to log in on Surface RT.

Microsoft Surface RT at log in, after password entered get message, "Your PC is offline. Please sign in with the last password used on this computer." Can not get in to see or change password. Tablet is totally non-functional.

It's asking for the password you used the last time you had it powered on.
Do you remember your previous passwords at all? or the last time you used it?

If you don't care about the files on it you can reset it:
