Are you looking for the drivers to get one to work or are you looking for a program that you can use the webcam to record with?

I assume you mean the driver, not the actual webcam -- lol

You can download drivers from Sony support website -- you'll need to know your laptop model number for this.

Drivers are always free from your laptop manufacturer's website - - that's the only place you should be getting them from unless you need drivers for external devices that Windows doesn't recognise by default.
