Looking for games suggestions I can enjoy with my rig

I have a budget build that I was able to throw together very cheap but got lucky enough to get a good gpu.

Amd a8-9600
Patriot viper 3600mhz 8gb (2x4gb)
Evga gtx 1060 6gb

I know the Apu with gpu is dumb but I intended on running the Apu until I can upgrade to ryzen and didn't expect to be able to get a 1060 for $100

Please suggest some fun game that will play well with my set up( I'm guessing more gpu bound games)

1080p display?
Doom runs well using the Vulkan API on just about any modern PC. Even the APU you have.
Wolfenstein II is another Vulkan game that runs well on your rig as long as you adjust settings accordingly.
Actually, there's no modern game you can't play. If you run into stutter or lag, turn down the settings until it goes away.

Type in a game name you want to play plus "A8-9600" and search the videos. That will give you an idea of how the game will play.

I have but most are just showing it in 720 with igpu. Like I can play overwatch at high settings and world of Warcraft at 7 out of 10 but my CPU is holding back my gpu because those are cpu heavy games.

The add "GTX 1060" to the search. Might not get many hits because not many folks use a 1060 with that APU. But lesser cards will still show up for comparison.

Was really looking for more game suggestions other than what I'm playing now. Not just advice on how to see performance based on my own suggested games but thx for the help
