Anyway, I like Cyberpower and iBuyPower, and my only problem with them is the insane shipping costs. I'm looking for a build that is around 650$ w/shipping. No OS is needed.

I'd recommend you build your own. You can get a much better computer if you build it yourself. Here's a parts recommendation.

building a computer is really easy, the chance that you will do something wrong is lower then the chance that the computer you will buy will not work.

The build offered by Deus Ares will rip anything cyber power has to shred, you could play bf3 on ultra instead of medium.

I was talking to a friend about this build, and he suggested an AMD APU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113280 And the only thing I'm worried about is the i3 bottlenecking the performance of that badass graphicscard. As I understand only the newest i5 and i7's have hyperthreading, but that could be me being undereducated.

i5's don't have hyper threading. The i3's and i7's have hyper threading. The i3 has plenty of power to handle the HD 7870. Even the Phenom x4 965 can handle this GPU. No bottlenecks will occur.

The only reason you should look into getting an APU is if you're budget is only $300-400. Otherwise, you're best bet is to go with my build. That APU will be lucky to handle games on medium settings. My build can handle just about any game out there on ultra settings.
