SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming + Streaming
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Everything can be changed.

PARTS PREFERENCES: None really.
OVERCLOCKING: Possibly.
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Possibly
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: For the most part i think this build is complete but if anyone can switch parts out that you know are better quality / less problems or just function better go ahead.

how important is streaming?

AMD solution will beat intel solution and then some.

Pure gaming ability well an i5 will beat just about anything.

Staying with intel the i7 trade-off is probably the best solution with both gaming first and for most and streaming secondary in mind,. It appears you know that already though?
