I've been looking for something for casual at full 1080p for not too much, maybe $700. I also really like small builds so those are a plus. Looking for lowest price possible without compromising performance too much.

I've been looking at this one:
https://store.zotac.com/magnus-en1060-plus-i3-zbox-en1060-p-u-i3

I know it doesn't come with any storage or ram, so that's separate and will drive the price up.

Any suggestions? I have considered some of the newer AMD Ryzen/Radeon RX builds.

I understand you are scared of the prices, but you can get good stuff for $700, like this:

Hard to tell what is wanted sometimes. I, personally, will never have a build (except laptop) that I can't replace each and every piece.
3/4 of the machines in my house are ITX builds with full size GPU in 2 and ITX sized GPU for the last.

I appreciate your replies! Mainly looking for prebuilt because of the price of GPUs today, and external GPUs will drive the cost out of my budget. I've thought about running and eGPU with my 2017 MBP w/ Touch Bar and bootcamp, but I'd rather just spend the same amount of money on a dedicated machine with internals ready for gaming without going through the hassle of working through compatibility issues and upgrading components. I'd like to eventually build a high end rig with custom everything, but right now I just want something to run some titles on high settings at 1080p. Likely a 1050, 1050 Ti, or 1060 GPU.

In which case, my build is actually ideal. The integrated GPU is about equal to a 1030. Good for entry level or lower spec gaming only. BUT... Upgrade paths are to the 2700X CPU and Any GPU once the prices go down. For a better case, check out the Core V1.

Note: not a prebuilt, but it is entirely flexible.

I had a 'Bizon Box'(eGPU w/ a GTX 970) I was using with my old 2012 Macbook Pro. Both are long gone. I currently have a 2015 Macbook Pro(no eGPU) that's just collecting dust in a drawer.
I mostly use the MSI laptop that's in my sig. Due to how huge the thing is, I never bother moving it around. Thought about selling/trading it and putting a desktop in it's place. If I do that though, then I'll get another eGPU for the Macbook.

If you're looking for a pre-built "deal" on something with a good GPU, I'd check craigslist or ebay. You can find pretty decent used systems that way.
