You forgot to mention the motherboard, PSU, ram loadout and case.

Outside of that, for 1080p it's okay. What sort of games are you looking at playing and at what resolution?

Processor looks good..
GPU will give you playable experience @1080 in current and upcoming games (you would need to adjust settings for better experience) 35-45 FPS -High settings might be more.
Don't know which brand and @what speed your memory runs, but 16GB is more than enough

Yes it is indeed. Would be great for 1080p around Medium settings in most modern games but if you are only putting this build together i suggest you look at an RX 470 4GB over the 1050 Ti. It offers 30%+ more Performance. Hope this helps
