So I am planning on building a gaming computer with a budget of $1,600. The parts I do not need are and my specs on them are (just incase it helps):

-Mouse: Razer Deathadder Elite
-Keyboard: Razer Ornata Chroma
-Headset: Corsair Void Pro [Yellow]
-Mousepad: A very long Corsair mousepad, probably going to replace (but have one in mind).

I need everything else, including a case. I am specifically looking to play games that have good graphics and so I am looking for a computer that can handle intense graphics. I want a high number of FPS on these games, so if possible, I'd like the computer to be FPS focused. I am also planning to add an SSD card to speed up the computer. I would prefer a GTX GPU, but if AMD graphics cards are better for these types of games (ex. ARK: Survival Evolved, Rust, PUBG, and games similar to those), then please feel free to suggest them. I would prefer to not buy things from eBay if possible, but if necessary I will. Take your time, and thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks for the suggestions. I am not going to chose your response as the answer because I would like multiple responses from different people if possible.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from ultrautoob : "Looking for a good gaming PC"

I need a good gaming PC that can run graphically intense games such as ARK: Survival Evolved, Rust, and PUBG. My budget is $1600. I would love multiple responses if possible, so please, if one person responds, feel free to give your suggestion. Thanks!

I’ll vouch for bmockeg’s build. Will get a good overclock and be well positioned to last through a gpu upgrade several years from now.

If you’re using 1080p/60hz this is mass overkill. Your very next purchase should be a 27”/1440p/144hz/gsync monitor.
