Looking for Good performance graphic card under 4000 rupees.

I am assembling my second pc for low budget of Rs 22000.
I currently have a dual core cpu, which is old now.
I want a graphic card for my new pc under rupees 4000. Please can anyone tell me which GPU will be better under this price?

Please tell if this motherboard will be good for i3 for gaming?
My new cpu configuration-

Processor - intel i3 - 4130(4 th generation)
Motherboard - Ecs h81h3 m4
RAM ddr3 Adata - 4gb
Hardrive toshibha - 500 gb

Look if you want to run a PC for only one year I might suggest Core 2 Quad they are way better than Core i3 but if you have already bought it and want it for a long time it is okay but Core i5 is seriously recommended (if you want to game) for normal use Core i3 is fine. I have to suggest 4000 rs is a little low increase 2000 or more to get atleast refurbished HD 6670 or HD 7750 they are currently best GPU's for money right now. But for graphic card first tell the model of your PSU and how much wattage it has.
