Looking for graphic card comparable for my old cpu

I have Intel e4600 duo@2.4ghz ,I have 3 gb ddr 3 ram and I have to play tomb raider 2013 at 720 p
If I buy gt 730 2gb ddr 5 ,will it work fine with my old cpu?

Yes, it should. But you will probably still have to play at 720p unless you use very low in-game settings.
With the GT 730, look for the 64 bit version rather than the 128 bit version. The 128 bit version uses a slower GPU.

You should have at least 4GB RAM with 32 bit OS, and 1GB GPU. If you list you motherboard There might be some inexpensive CPU upgrades available also. Until you can step up to a better system you will only get playable frame rates at 720p.
