Hello Friends! How are U?
I want to buy graphic card for my computer but can't decide because there are a lots of brands available in the market. My budget is 125$ maximum. any suggestion will be highly appriciated. Computer specifications are as follows:

Motherboard: Asus P8B75
Processor : Intel i5 3330
RAM : Kingston 4GB (1600 Bus)
HDD : Seagate 1TB

Thanks!

I second HillBillyAsian's recomendations. In particular, the GTX 550 Ti would be a good choice. The card is a bit older, so there has been more time for firmware problems and the like to be worked out.

Note that none of the cards Hill mentioned are top-line cards; you won't be able to run the most demanding games on Ultra settings, but for most things you will be fine.

The only caveat is that any of these cards is going to require at least a 400W power supply. While it is unlikely that you have something smaller in a modern build, you should check this before buying.

Don't get old hardware. It doesn't have some of the features such as adaptive V sync and a few others. Not only does old hardware not compete with the new hardware, but it's also more expensive. For 125$, you could get a GTX650Ti 1GB graphics card. That's your absolute BEST option, hands down, anyone would agree with this.

If you want to spend a bit less with close to the same performance then get an AMD 7770 for about 105$ for the GHz edition. If you want to spend a bit more like 150$, you could get the 7790 that just came out. Or the better option at 150$ would be the GTX650Ti Boost edition 1GB that also just came out but performs a good amount better. All of these options are all new tech at good prices. The only option I wouldn't recommend getting is the 7790 just because the 650Ti boost costs the same but performs less.

If I could persuade you to get the 650Ti boost ed. I would, as it's a lot better than the 650Ti for 25$ more. And this is all you really need for good quality gaming at 1080p.
