Looking for graphics card i can use.

So i have this motherboard:

Right now i have an integrated graphics card AMD Radeon HD 6550D.

And i'm wondering which one of these graphics cards i can use.

What are you hoping to accomplish with a graphics card that the integrated one isn't able to do already?

To be able to run the monitor's full resoultion 1920x1080 without dropping fps i'm getting around 20ish fps in almost any game i was able to run since i changed monitors, i was using 1280x1024 before.

IMO would need at least a 740 or R7-250. I would recommend the 750Ti if its in the budget.
