Question Looking for graphics card suggestion

Hey Guys,

I have completed my build and still haven't decided on the GPU yet.

I absolutely want to get the RTX 2080 Ti but don't want to spend $500 extra.

Please let me know whether the RTX 2080 can handle modern day titles with Ray Tracing enabled and at max settings at 1440p?

Below are my build:

Intel i9-9900K
ASUS ROG Maximus XI HERO Motherboard
G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series DDR4 2x16GB
Samsung NVMe M.2 512GB
NZXT H500i
NZXT Kraken X62 280mm - RGB
CORSAIR RM1000x

The 2080Ti can't handle ray tracing at 1400p with max settings. You'll be lucky if the 2080Ti can do 1080p @ 60fps with max settings. 2080 will be able to do 1080p at medium to low RT settings.

Thank you! I am more keen on playing BFV, Matro Exodus and Shadow of Tomb Raider with RT enabled. Any idea on how would the RTX 2080 perform?
