Looking for graphics card

I have motherboard with model no.G31M-ES2L .will this graphics card ZOTAC GT 610 2GB DDR3 Synergy Edition Graphic Card run on my pc?
and i have ram of 3gb,dx 11,current video card intel (r) g33/g31 express chipset family.
pls help will this card run on my pc?thanks.

yes it will fit in your mother board and the card itself only draws 29 watts through your motherboard so you should be fine
