Hi Guys,

I currently have been saving up money and I've decided on all my items with my build. But now finially selecting a case is quite difficult well not really, just paranoid i'll screw it up but looking roughly at all I can't go wrong and they generally have the same things anyway.

Anyways the question is.

With using the MSY list what case would have the best airflow? I mean i'm not after looks i'd rather just have good airflow and no dust and keep the cleaning to a min since Im lazy and just want to play games rather than maintain my pc :).

I have roughly $120 to spend.

I am planning on a single gpu which is 750 ti for now but looking to upgrade in a year or two's time with something between 200-400 later.

I don't really want to mess with liquid cooling either and I don't want to overclock... Not planning on having more than.

2 ssd drives in this build ever
3 standard hds.
no floppy disk.

Some components I have in my machine.

Fx 8350
16gig ram (8gig to start with though)
am3+ motherboard 980de3
hyper evo 212 which I just read I probably wont need if I aint overclocking so i'll get rid of this unless someone strongly disagrees.
gtx 750 2g ti oc
1tb Seagate hd
v300 Kingston ssd
Samsung dvd writer
Game with headphones but all seem to have usb cables ontop at the front anyways
Antec neo 620w psu

If I can ditch the hyper evo 212 i might just install another 120mm fan or something, any feedback will be helpful :) giving the list of the stuff above to msy apart from psu/graphics which i have already

Cases I've seen which caught my eye so far.

SCG-1000 its won awards but being so vague on the newegg makes me feel a bit on edge going with this and I've heard coolermasters attract heat.

CC300r seems to fit the bill for me.

Fractal r4 i will get if i can ditch the hyper evo 212 since it's a little bit higher.

Some reason i was always going to go with the 2500 fractal design until i read up some reviews and though i better do some research and get feedback on what you guys recon.

P100 Possibly as well

A guy at work who pretends to know everything said thermaltake i can't go wrong with but this guy attracts problems lol so almost on principle i won't go with what he says :) unless ofc i get really great feedback on one of those cases

Buying Monday... So hopefully i get an answer b4 then thanks for your time.

If you havent bought the mb yet then change it . Use a board with a 97090 or 990 series chip set . That one uses a much older 760g

Make sure the RAM is a 2 x4 gig kit

Keep the cpu cooler

The cheapest case they have that works is the Corsair 200R

Only shop at stores that you dont have to download a .pdf file to view their parts list
pccasegear.com.au is awesome

Yep greed on the ram...I am going a 8gig kit knowing multi is better than single :) I did that research,

If you think the cc200r will do the same job for cheaper I will go with that instead.

970 pro3 is the mobo i'll switch to.

Hmmm now harddrive that is 1tb Seagate barricuda says 5900 rpm.... would I be better of going for WD green ezrx sata 3 for a dollar less? ...

I'm right on my limit... so that's why I'll drop down in case and switch mobo's ... I don't want any drama's with new graphics cards. and future cards.

I'll do win8 64bit which s like 2 dollars more than the 7 64bit.

So mainly the harddrive situation has got me a bit on edge there... I don't know much but just going on rpm number being lowr than 7200 which cant be good.

Hmmm I could always drop to the 8320 if you think getting a better... But I heard if I aint planning on OC then 8350 but if I do OC 8320 .... same chip anyway I've read just slightly faster.

Does the hd make too much difference on speed of games? Since i'll have 8gig of ram and pump it up to 16 by the end of the year ????
