Well, I don't like bothering people, but after spending alot of time on google and reading, I decided I needed a little bit of help.
I am looking for a gaming headset, I do not want to go for separate mike/headphone option as I don't have the room or the inclination.

The headsets must be overear, and the ear cups must be able to swivel at least a little bit.

After all that, any recommendations? or ideas?

P.S price is irrelevant

I bought http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00EZCU5PY?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00 a while ago, they are really good sound wise, never had a complaint about the mic, and I have asked about the sound quality to make sure they aren't just ignoring any weird noises, they only thing is the ear pieces don't swivel, they do however mould to your head very quickly, when I say quickly, I'd didn't actually notice a point when they didn't fit around my head perfectly, bar maybe the first few minutes, the manufacture also sent me a free portable battery charger free as a thank you for buying this product

Do you want closed heaphones or open? Open headphones leak sound so other will hear your audio and you will hear other people nearby. If that is okay, the Sennheiser G4ME one are a good headset.

If there are other people normally near you, you probably want closed back. A good pair would be the ath-ag1, Beyerdynamic mmx300, or Sennheiser G4ME zero.

They are nice headphones for general gaming, but not good for positional accuracy in a FPS. If you do get them you will need to buy the vmoda boom pro mic, and probably the XL pads for comfort.
