Looking for help completing rig.

I've come into 200 pounds, need help choosing compatible components.

These are my components:
Palit GTX 970
500Watt Cronus bronze psu
2 x 8gb crucial DDR3 ram
AMD 6350 3.9ghz cpu, stock heatsync.
a Digital western blue 1TB hardrive
Gigabyte 78lmt-USB3 motherboard.
CIT computer case.

Here's what I need help on, the motherboard flat out doesn't work, I've had a few PC shops looking at my PC to be safe and its completely broken.
so I need a mobo thats reasonably priced and will be compatible with all of my components, probably a new PSU to give enough power to all of these and maybe a bigger computer case to fit it all in. I've always built my own rigs since I was 12, I'm 16 now and my pc is not very stable so I'm deferring to professionals for help, thanks🙂 I need it within a 180-200 price range.

If you need a new motherboard, consider going to Intel if you are mostly interested in gaming.

Actually, I would wait a couple of weeks and see what intel Skylake launch brings.

I've actually been waiting for about 3 months to get money for new parts, I'm not interested in being a a competitive high end gamer, if I can run, say Witcher 3 on high settings, that's enough for me.
