Looking for help, CPU case wont turn on.

My Motherboard lights up, my graphics card lights up and starts to spin and my CPU cooler lights up, but the case fans and the case LED's won't turn on, any help is greatly appreciated.

MotherBoard: Asus ROG Strix Z390-H Gaming LGA1151
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 2400
Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240R
Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce RTX 2070 8G Turbo Edition GDDR6
Case: Rosewill Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case Cases THOR V2 Black

I have connected them to the motherboard and they work now i fixed it but now i get no signal on my monitor but my fans are spinning

Have you connected the monitor to the graphics card, and not to motherboard?

Back panel, connect the monitor to the bottom video ports, not to the upper ones, that belong to the motherboard.

okay, I lied there is still no power on my monitor and my graphics card is on but the rest of the case doesn't seem to be. My fans are spinning but the case wont power my MnK

yeah monitor won't turn on but the fans are working and I believe that the case isn't working bcz my keyboard doesn't light upon connection

The board has Debug LEDs (check the board's manual for their location). Is there a LED that remains on when board started?

can't find the manual but the only lights on in my motherboard are the logo and there is one line that runs down my motherboard

so no i don't think there are any bcz there aren't many led's on coming from the motherboard

Start the board and monitor that red area in the picture. See what LEDs go on and off.

on my motherboard only the lights on the left turn on

and I know my motherboard normally works because I am currently on my gaming laptop and Iw have it connected there so the monitor and the cable aren't the problem.

Not sure if there is one in my region but I have already emailed a local pc building place and hopefully they can come and finish it for me although I pretty much am done but thanks for you consistent support have a great day

Actually I just looked and all the led's that should be on are on so my MnK don't light up when connected to the case so it might be the one that isn't working or I have something wrong any trouble shooting tips?
