Looking for help finding what goes best with this monitor

Hi, i am looking for help to build a pc.. i just got this Acer Predator XB241H monitor and would like help finding what components for a pc can best benefit from it. Anything that takes advantage of the 144hz and gsync.
(Also interested in the rest of the components i would need for the pc)
Budget:$1500

Please, help is appreciated.
I would like to have options to overclock and looking for most bang for my buck.

Im a newbie but im good tinkering with stuff and enjoy a challenge.

It is just a 1080p monitor with a high refresh rate and G-sync.
To take advantage of G-sync you'll need an Nvidia GPU.
In order to get up to 144hz at 1080p you'll want to go with a GTX 1070 or better.
Given your budget, you should have no problem getting a 6700k with a z170 motherboard, 2x8GB sticks of ram and a nice power supply to with it.
