Looking for help, Newly built PC BSOD

Hi I recently built a PC and installed windows 10 perfectly, it was running well for about half a day and suddenly when I was transferring my music to iTunes I got a "kmode exception not handled" and my PC began to reset itself, but it never successfully did. Now I get a "no dvi input screen" while the PC seems to be powered on perfectly with all the internals running,
But I have no access to the OS and all USB ports don't supply power, so I cant use a keyboard. I've tried lookng online for help but no one seems to have the exact issue I am having, I've reset-ed the CMOS and taken off 1x1 all sticks of ram, am stuck on a no input screen, thanks for any input on the matter!

Can you give us the specs of your pc?

did you check all your cabling is attached? why don't usb work? have you got latest bios - does kb work in here?
