Which build is better?
One equals to $648 and the other $659. I want to know which one is better.

They're both the same, there isn't really a difference in the RAM. try finding some 1600 ram instead of 1333.

is the same build with the exception of the PSU (the XFX is better Quality). If you tight for cash, you might be better of getting I3 and INtel board (H85). Also, where are you dropping these components? You didn't list a case

Im getting the same case for both, it is just not on PCPARTPICKER, its on newegg. Its The Gigabyte GZ-G1 Plus case.
