Looking for help on building streaming pc

I need help on how to build by streaming pc. I got the elgato h60 pro capture card, keyboard, mouse, and monitor already. I need help on the setup of my pc because I wont be using it at all for gaming just streaming on twitch and video editing on youtube

Im new to this kind of and I dont know what the difference between processors. Do I just need a good intel or amd. I would like to have one already made but I dont mind building it as long as someone helps me. i dont have a gaming pc. i got xbox one, ps4, and the switch as my gaming stuff

you can build you own but specs will be weaker than refurbished deal, do you live in US? If not, you may need to build your own, follow the example in the link

Nah, it increases write/read speed from storage tremendously, but not relevant for streaming. It is a better technology compared to normal hard drive.

since that one is windows 7, will it hurt it if i get windows 10?

win 7 or win 10, not much diff, you can search in the website and get a 3rd gen I7, win 10, 8gb ram if you want to, will be similar price

last question, since i got the elgato hd pro. I have to put it in the pci, how do I know what desktop has it? or do all of them have it?
