looking for help on proper wiring to custom build.

First build help, or suggestions:
Where do I hook up the molex cables to? And How many molex cables should be hooked up together in total? (ex: PSU, and 2 case fans)
Where do I insert the cables from the external card readers to on the motherboard? (ex: HDD LED, Power Switch, Reset, Vcc1+, Vcc1-, GND1, HD Audio, (SPEAKER- front panel speaker), USB, USB 3.0, etc.)
The mother board I am currently using is an MSi FM2-A75MA-E35, and my PSU is a Corsair CX750M.

Anyone know any ideas or suggestions? Please help. Thanks, and peace be with you all.

Pictures would help. Molex connections are pretty straight forward, the amount will vary on what you're trying to install. Most fans now don't use molex for power and just plug into the mobo via 3 or 4 pin connectors. What are you installing that uses molex? As for where the HDD Led, Power/reset switch etc, you should just read your motherboard manual, as that will have all that info spelled out for you.
