Looking for help or advice

I currently am looking to upgrade my PC for gaming performance and capability to stream and record. I received advice and help to look for a new GPU and CPU within reasonable price. I am currently looking to purchase a GeForce GTX 1060 GPU and Intel Core i7-4790 CPU for about $480 total. I'd appreciate any help knowing for certain if this is a good price and purchase, or if there are other parts I should be looking to purchase instead.

My current build is:
CPU - Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz
RAM - 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @666MHz
Motherboard - ASRock H97M Pro4
Graphics - 2269W (1920x1080@60Hz) 3072MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
PS - 520 Watt

Which R9 200 series GPU do you have? What is the exact model of your PSU?

For $480 you could get a new CPU/Mobo/RAM and GPU. The i7-4790 is okay, and better than your i5; but for streaming it will still be a limitation.

Something like this would be a better choice than the i7-4790.
