Hi I'm looking to buy a pre built pc I have a few I have in mind, for this post I will reference to them as :
A https://www.scan.co.uk/3xs/configurator/x99-carbon-ti
B
https://www.scan.co.uk/3xs/configurator/z170-vengeance-ti
Budget is 2.5k gbp max can build but would prefer not to.
What I will be using the pc for is as follows, gaming @1440p, basic video editing for youtube (gaming videos), streaming to twitch. I will upgrade the psu to 650 aswell.
So basically I have a few questions as I have saved for a long time to buy this system and don't want to waste my money.
Will system A or B be best for the tasks I have listed?
Do I buy now or wait for aftermarket 1080 ti?
If I'm not streaming or recording gameplay will system A be on par with system B for raw gaming?
Is it best to go for B and get laptop for the streaming and recording?
Also looking to duo screen setup so I'm looking for a monitor aswell, I have a old basic led one, will I be able to use this with a new 1440p 144hz monitor also or do the have to be the same?
Open to suggestions or changes,
Thanks in advance for the help and sorry for asking such basic questions. Currently at work will check this when I get free time.

Solution
That default PSU is underpowered for those systems. They should have the 750W PSU for some headroom. At the very least 650w for overclocking.

Of the two System A with the overclocking is definitely the superior option. Those extra cores will provide the extra headroom for streaming.

CyberPowerPC provides you with many more options and a nicer feature set for the money. For £2288 it has the high quality 750w PSU, 802.11AC WiFi and RGB case lighting. Along with all the other features of system A.

Personally I would get the Corsair Crystal 570x case option. I would also get 32GB RAM for livestreaming plus top notch gameplay. 16GB is enough but 32GB will give you headroom for the next...
This should be sufficient for your needs. Also the 7700k games better currently in most titles and handles streaming twitching quite efficiently. The board comes with a lot of connectivity and features like bluetooth and wifi.

You don't build a system this expensive to have just enough RAM to scrape by. Which is also why I recommend the 6800K over the 7700K. The 6800K should have a longer service life.

I can't really recommend building it yourself over the CyberPowerPC system I listed. They only cost about an extra 100 compared to what you can buy yourself. Plus it has the LED case lighting installed.PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
