Under budget and should play ever game under the sun at 4K smoothly.

Solution
Ok i think i have a XFX 800w Platinum Certified PSU so should i change it or keep it? And should i get the Titan X or stay with the 2 1080's and sli them? I know its would be about the same price for both as it would the Titan X..
