[SOLVED] looking for help to get pass sign in screen

Thanks fo ur ans but that's a problem i can't get pass the sign in screen. I go to advance options do all i can do following promps and to no avail nothing i dont have a place to install a dvd for anti ware so im stuck on what to do i even tried to erase everything that doesn't wrk i can't reboot because my keyboard won't type i rely on on screen keyboard but i can't get it to always stay on. I have a lenovo100s idealpad

Can you please try Booting in Safe Mode and see if things are fine there?

If not, please try Booting Windows in Command Prompt, and Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command with /OFFBOOTDIR=D:\ /OFFWINDIR=D:\WINDOWS parameters, and see if it helps.

Feel free to report back if the above solutions don't work, and you need further assistance in this.
