I bought 2 security camera's online and they have the wires cut. One is a Swann PRO-T835 - 720p HD. It has 4 wires a red, black, yellow, and blue. Can i wire it to a rca plug.

Two of those cables are for power (likely 12v). One is for video, and the other is maybe a second ground.

If you can find which cables are for power, you can wire the other one to an rca plug, and it will work. Security cameras usually use a BNC type connector, but RCA will work.

Likely:

red -> (+) power
black -> ground, usually for power
yellow -> video
blue -> ground, probably for video

Ok thank you. I wired into a regular yellow rca jack and still can't get any video. I have power to the camera but still nothing will display.
