My transcend 2tb external hard disk fell of my hand can it be fixed I needed the data

If you have important (and non-backed up) data on it, only a professional data recovery company would be able to help you!
And this would cost you a very significant amount of money. Dropping an HDD typically causes damage to the heads, and this is not something you could fix yourself.
