Question Looking for help with lg c3

This might be dumb, but is it possible.to make an lg c3 tv detect a pc as a console? - with my ps5 i get the game optimiser settings, but i don't get that for my pc
I have set the picture profile to game optimiser but it doesn't give me the same dashboard as the ps5 or switch does

I have a C1 and G4. What settings are missing in PC Mode?

I found it ^^ had to toggle it on in a menu on the tv, one thing I am noticing tho is when using my c3 as a monitor for games sometimes - I'll get a weird glitch happen, the tv will occasionally flicker a pattern like an old tv that had bad reception? Idk how best to describe the issue, but it only seems to glitch when used with my pc never any thing else

this is the problem im having with my c3, only happens to it when im using it as a monitor for my pc, ive no idea what the issue is, any advice is welcome
