Looking for help with Monitor

Hello guys , there is a question i want to ask. So i have AOC G2406 Monitor 1920x1080 75hz . But only lets me use those 75hz only on a lower resoliution, i know i can set monitor to 1920x1080 75hz threw nVidia control panel , wich i did and seems everything okay so far , but i want to make sure is it safe to use this monitor on 75 hz with 1920x1080?
