Looking for help with my Computer

Hi Miss fix it, I need your help with my PC. I don't know what's the problem. When I On it.. It says

Press F8 for BBS POPUP
Checking NVRAM..Update OK!
Initializing USB Controllers.. Done.
128MB OK (DDR:200MHz) (32MB Shared Memory Size Used)

CMOS Settings Wrong
CMOS Date/Time Not set
Press F1 to Run SETUP
Preaa F2 to load default values and continue

Then I Press F1 for SETUP, to set the date nd time and load default setting..

After that it says

Scan Devices, Please wait...
Press <Tab> Key into User Windows!
Serial_Ch0 Master: No Device
Serial_Ch1 Master: No Device

Then show a blank black screen for few seconds..

Then says..
Novell NetWare Ready Firmware V1.00 (940810) (C) copyright 1991 - 1994 Novell, Inc. All Right Reserved.

Press <Shift-Tab> key to display select Menu.

Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key_

When I press "Shift-Tab" nothing happens even when I press any key.. It stuck here with this message..

Please help..

Have you thrown a different hard drive in there? Seems like there is no boot device for the pc?
