Looking for help with possible CPU error

Hello, I'm currently having an issue with my PC. I will be on it for about 10 minutes and it will shut off. It will just keep hanging and restarting. After a couple minutes it'll turn on with the error message saying overclocking failed. The issue is that I dont have an overclock. I read online that it could possibly be the RAM so I lowered the frequency from 2400 to 1866 but it still is having this issue. Just wondering what I should do.

I have an Asus Maximus 7 Hero, I7 4790k, and 2400mhz G.Skill RAM

I figured it out. What happened was for whatever reason my RAM wasnt getting 1.65 volts. So i had to change it from 1.5 volts to 1.65
