Looking for HP Pavilion g7 1270ca motherboard

My HP G7 1270ca laptop ceased working when running on battery power. Following the smell and inspecting the motherboard I have spotted several parts surrounding battery jack as being fried.
I'm looking for motherboard replacement for core i5 2430M, socket 989 rPGA and supported by HM65 motherboard chipset.
HP lists under part#: 650199-001, RoHS: COMPLY_2.04. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
