My requirements for a new cpu cooler are such that I can't just plop a ninja in my case. I have on order an asus p5w dh, and an intel e6600. I will be putting these in an antec p150 case. The system is meant to be quiet, I just received a passively cooled ASUS 7600gt:

The heatsink portion of this card hovers over the CPU HeastsinkFan. If you use a stock hsf, the fan pulls air through the video card's heatsink to cool it down.

The motherboard seems to rely on this type of air flow to keep the chipset cool, it even includes an extra chipset fan in case you want to use an aftermarket cooler which doesn't move air the same way:

I am wanting to keep this system quiet, that is why I chose the passive 7600gt after all, cuz in my experience the video card has always been the noisiest part. So in order to avoid using that asus chipset fan, which inevitably will be noisy, I am looking for an alternative CPU cooler, one that blows air in the same direction as the stock intel HSF, and is less than 11 cm tall, that way it can fit under the video card's heatsink and pull air trough it, and also blow at the chipset and allow me to not use that noisy asus fan. It also has to be less noisy than the stock intel HSF.

The ninja is too tall for the video card unfortunately, and so it the big typhoon. Most of these tower style heatsinks that people are using can't work for me because they are too tall and wont move air through my video card's heatsink. So I am searching for something that will work for my requirements. I want the system to be as quiet and stable as I can reasonably get it, the p150 as one case exhaust fan and room for one intake fan which I hope I wont need.

This is quite a puzzle I have made for myself. I have to pick the part that fits in the space I have, which blows air in the right direction in order to keep the thing from being hot or noisy. I have no idea what to buy to solve these problems, I was gonna use the intel fan until I could figure this out, but I want some ideas because I don't know what to do. I thought it would be easy to find a cooler that worked better than the stock intel one(meaning less noise and lower temps), yet blowed air in the same direction and still under 11 cm tall, witout being so wide that the chipset cooling on my motherboard blocks it from fitting. Turns out that my searh isnt going so well, low tempts, cools the video card, fits in the space I have, this is really tricky and I would appreciate a clue very much.

103 mm is the height of the heatsink alone, you add the 25mm fan to it and get 128 mm, which is too tall, I need something less than 110. If you look up reviews some of them give you the total size and they all put it at 12cm, which is too much unfortunately.
