looking for human players

Hi all,

This has got to be the ultimate strategic and tactical first person shooter
ever made! I am totally addicted to this game, and designing scenarios, but
I would like to play with or against some human players.

Does anyone know IP addresses of some Flashpoint servers?

Here you go Greg.
This 8Mbps server is based in the Netherlands. Many of the regs on here play
on it. You will not find a better game of OFP. The ip address and port
number are:
tj-ofp.kicks-ass.org:17478

The addons needed to play on the server can be downloaded from this website
http://tj-www.kicks-ass.org/ where you can also check the status of the
server and the Ventrilo voice comms software that we use
(http://www.ventrilo.com/)

I believe the server is about to go down for maintenance for a couple of
days but I guess that will give you sometime to play with the addons if you
don't have them already. The best chances of getting a good game on the
server are late evenings UK/ West European time (early evenings US East
Coast time).

Thanks much Mort. Looks like I need to buy the Resistance upgrade according
to the server status page. Its using version 1.96

You will need to buy the Resistance upgrade to play on almost all
(non-warez) servers.

if u seel ur original disk then dont expect much for it. ive seen CWC
and the gold upgrade retail for £11. u can get resistance on the
codemasters website for about £15 which isnt bad.

One of my colleagues picked up the game of the year edition for less than 15
Euro the other day. How can such a classic game be confined to the bargain
bin like that!!!
