Looking For ID-Cooling IS-VC45

I have a project I'm working on and this CPU cooler would be perfect for it. Only problem, can't find one anywhere online. Wondering if anyone happens to have one lying around. Happy to pay for it. Hope it's okay to ask this on the forums here.
