Question Looking for ideas why new CPU is not working

Hi there,
I looked here and on other sites for an answers but could not find the solution.
New CPU (Ryzen 2700x) not working (black display), bios was updated I put off CMOS battery for 5min.
On old 2400g PC is working. I switched in bios to not use igpu (I have GTX 1060). PC has 600W PSU so it should work.
I also put out 1 ram stick (mobo has 2 slots)
Mobo is Asus a320m-e bios 5862 it should recognize that CPU.
Have no idea what can I do at home.
Anyone?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu?
2700x have no igpu, so it will use the gpu

Yes 2700x doesn't have but 2400g does so on bios I switched off igpu (because display also did not switched with 1060 when igpu was on in bios)
Ryzen 2700x (old CPU Ryzen 2400G)
Ram 16gb 2400mhz
Mobo Asus a320m-e
Psu LCPower L6600 v.2.2
Win 10 on SSD

Small update.
I went to IT repair shop and in other PC Ryzen 2700X worked.
The thing he checked on brand new b450 mobo with 8gb 3200mhz ram.
Can ram speed or brand be issue?
