My laptop battery is not taking charge and laptop is taking minimum half hour to boot.
I have just install windows 8.1. Whats the problem it is??

there is no instant solution for your issue. in this type of situation, it is best to bring to a local repair shop or staples/best buy. Someone will need to physically test it for you.
