Looking for internet access

When i want to poope sitting it ask me to contact isp provider and there is no internet acces in my tenda router why?

Ur are not gonna get any helpful assistance if you don't open your mouth and volunteer some more info. New hookup? one bad pc or all pc bad? can't ethernet nor WIFI?
