Question looking for laptop for video conferencing

Looking for recommendations for a laptop that'll handle 2 people signing, without glitches or dropped frames. I have FiOS, so I'm looking for good hardware specs.

I'm not sure if the CPU or memory is more important.

You mean two accounts off of one laptop or do you mean that an active video call will be between two individuals? Dropped frames would generally be from your ISP's end/packet loss. Which apps will you be using to perform your video calls?
