Looking for laptop

I am looking for a laptop for college next year where I can easily store my files and stay organized. On the laptop I wish to also to small video (simple stuff) editing and play WoW on low to medium settings and keep a stable 35+ fps in a raid. I do wish to end up traveling so please don't recommend building a PC. I'm also on a budget so nothing over the top. Thanks in advance!
