Looking for LEDs for a Monitor

So I’ve been searching the web trying to find some cool LEDs, I have once seen LEDs that change colour depending on what’s on your screen. I can’t remember what they’re called but I can’t find them, any help?
Also I don’t know if this is the right place to ask this question but thanks anyway for any help.
