Operating System:Microsoft - Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit ($98.99 @ Amazon) Total: $98.99 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2018-11-06 22:56 EST-0500
Or, install it and skip entering the license key.
It will run just fine like that, accepting a few small restrictions.

Like what kind of restrictions?
A sometimes appearing nag text at bottom right. Not all the time, but occasionally.
No customization of the Desktop or Taskbar.
That's it.
It otherwise runs exactly as a valid retail version.
I have a long running test of a Win 10 Pro in a VM, Unactivated. Just shy of 2 years.
No change from Day 1 on Dec 8 2016. Still gets all of the regular updates, etc.
