looking for liquid cooling help

i have a i7 3.6ghz Quad core with a i7-4790 3.6 Ghz processor, IHAS124 DVD-writer, windows 10, seagate barracuda 2.0 TB 3.5'' internal hard drive, crucail 8GB 240-PIN DIMM DDR3 pc3-12800 memory, thermaItake smart sp-700, GeForce GTX 970 w/ 4GB, 300 mbps mini USB adapter mini-sized design 802.1 and my pc gets very hot while gaming looking for help to see what kind of liquid cooling to put in the help keep it cool
 


It might not be worth water cooling if you're using a locked processor. Air cooling will suffice, providing your case has good airflow. Can you post what case brand you have, as this will allow me to provide a better cooling setup for your system.

Without knowing what your system is, I would recommend the Cryorig H7:

The cooler beats out the cheaper Hyper 212 EVO, offers great cooling, and low noise even on full load.
