Most of the H110 boards don't have a compatible BIOS for Kaby Lake yet , get a B250 board and some DDR4 memory modules.

Also included PSU's are poor quality.

No, that will not work. You need DDR4 RAM to be compatible with the processor and motherboard. I would also advise getting an B250 motherboard as that will allow for full utilization of your CPU. An H110 should work but may require a BIOS update which means you would need to have a Skylake CPU on hand to get the thing up and running. Play it safe and get the B250 If you can, upgrade your GPU to something more recent. Consider a GTX 1050, 950, or 750ti. You could also grab an RX 460.
