The only brand of psu that comes with a case that I would trust would be Antec.
A cheap case is ok.
But, buy a quality psu like one from Seasonic.

G4560 and a B250 motherboard is the way to go.
H110 motherboards will work, but if you buy old stock, they will not come with the current bios that is necessary for 7th gen processors.

I might suggest that you plan on initially using the integrated HD630 graphics.
It should be decent and not very different from cards like the GT730.
You can always add a discrete card later.

On the ram, buy a 2 stick kit so you can run in faster dual channel operation.
Especially important if you will use integrated graphics.

I imagine you have a small budget.
But...

I will never again build without a...

Use the B250 board for that CPU

"GRAPHICS CARD 2GB DDR3 nvidia"

what card would be that? I'm guessing a GT 730/40
also, try to avoid that PSU as is low tier and its components aren't good quality, it's enough for that config but if you want to upgrade in the future you'll have to replace it

I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games.
But, many things default to the "C" drive.
When a SSD nears full, it will lose performance and endurance.
240gb is the recommended minimum.

If you can go 240gb, or 500gb you may never need a hard drive.

You can defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.

Samsung EVO is a good choice for performance and reliability.
