Looking for mATX AM4 motherboard with 2x PCIE x16

I am looking for AM4 mATX board with two PCI Express X16 slots and four DIMM slots. I want to run the second (the lower slot) PCI Express slot at either x16 3.0 or x8 3.0. Even x8 2.0 will be fine but... every manual of such boards I was looking at, states that the second slot is capable of only x4 2.0. All brands, all chipsets, every mATX board with two x16 slots I was looking at is configured like that.

Anyone knows why? Anyone knows if mATX boards with fully functional dual x16 slots exist?

Until you find an mATX with an X470 (or X370) chipset you won't find one with two fully functional PCIe x16 slots.

Perversely you can find at least a couple mITX boards with X370 or X470. And, of course, one only PCIex16. Go figure
